Adapted from the light novel “Unemployment Demon,” tells a story of a powerful demon king who, while looking for a job and trying to find a way to lift his curse in order to pay off his debts, embarks on adventures. Alongside him is a rookie hero who, similarly, is working and adventuring to pay off his debts. Together, they have a chaotic and humorous journey.

Prince Li Jiancheng and his supporters were put to death following the Xuanwu Gate Incident, and all six of his sons—aside from one who passed away too soon—were implicated. Only the records of “the second daughter Wenxi County Lady Li Wanshun, courtesy name Wangniang, married Liu Yingdao” and “eldest daughter Li” remained in the historical record, nevertheless.
