Fred Cooper can jump between the modern world and a wasteland. Instead of profiting alone, he brings zombie samples and gene serums to the government and shows his ability to travel between the two worlds. The government launches Project Spark, and Fred leads special forces back with rifles, tanks, and rockets. They destroy zombie hordes, warlords, and mutant tyrants. Meanwhile, wasteland black tech helps the modern world grow, which provokes rival nations to contain it. The story follows a nation crushing monsters and rising on both fronts.
